 We specialize in restoring, rebuilding and rebalancing the body three dimensionally from the inside out using, specialized equipment, methods and carefully choreographed flowing movements you won't find anywhere else in San Antonio.

Our exercise methods embrace key principles found in swimming, dance, yoga, and Thai Chi. Stretching, strengthening, lengthening, spiraling, circular, wave-like, three dimensional, functional, energizing and invigorating are all words used to describe movement patterns we teach.  The exercise methods we use focus heavily on the spine and back -- helping to elongate the spine and create space between the vertebrae, strengthen the deep internal muscles surrounding the spine, and move beyond current limitations in spinal range of motion.
