Payment, Standing Appointments,

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

  • We accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa. 

      (Please be aware there is a 3.5% processing fee for use of Mastercard or Visa.) 

  • All classes and private sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • Military and professional dancer discounts do not apply toward services by Apprentice Instructors, nor do they apply toward retail goods purchased either online or in the studio.  See FAQ's for more information on military and dancer discounts.

 

  • Single Session purchases must be used within one month of purchase unless rescheduled.  A maximum of only 3 reschedules will be allowed on a single session purchase after which time the purchased session is no longer redeemable.

  • New Client Specials must be used within one month of purchase and expire after that initial month. 

  • All other prepaid packages expire six months from the date of purchase. 

  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please be sure that you can commit to an exercise program before purchasing any package.

  • Missed Gyrokinesis classes purchased with either the 2 classes or 3 classes per week pricing do not roll over if you cannot make the missed class up within that same or the following week.  If you cannot make up that class within that time frame; the missed class will be deducted from the number of classes left in your package.

  • In order to maintain a standing appointment with a teacher, students must have a current package of private sessions on file.

  • A new package of sessions must be purchased prior to finishing the current package to maintain the standing appointment.

  • Standing appointments will be cancelled after three consecutive missed sessions.

  • As a courtesy to others, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all sessions. All cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the private, duet, or class as if you had attended. 

 

  • We realize unexpected and / or emergency situations arise from time to time, therefore each student is allotted 2 "freebie" cancellations per year for use if the cancellation occurs within the 24 hour time period.  ​​If you are within 24 hours of your scheduled class or session and have COVID19 symptoms you will not be charged for your missed appointment, however either doctor's note that you have been tested and do not have COVID19 will be required before you may return to the studio or you will have to wait a mandatory 2 week period during which you exhibit no symptoms before you may resume classes or privates.
