TRX Suspension Training is a unique, full-body exercise method utilizing two specialized straps and seven basic movements: Push, Pull, Plank, Rotate, Lunge, Hinge, and Squat. Because TRX uses gravity as its means of resistance, adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.

Students may sign up for either private or group TRX sessions. Group sessions are limited to 5 students so that each student can recieve personal attention from the instructor. Instructors will offer modifications to make the level of difficulty either easier or harder depending on each student's needs.
